Returns & Exchanges

At SugarCane Jeans, we want your denim to fit perfectly; if it doesn't, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Denim

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the SugarCane Jeans tags are intact and the invoice is included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
